The meeting at Blair House was in full order and those assembled were very excited, Michael Oskins nervously thrummed his fingertips on the table waiting for the sign up sheet and he glanced to Paul Sousa , "You going to do this too or you here to report on it?'
Paul smiled, "I want to do both and then I will have the story of the century, although I heard that Barnabas Collins was having the annual Collins Seventeen Eighty's ball at the end of this month, come snow or good weather, and I went the last time and he was an excellent host, he always dresses like the original Barnabas Collins and he has Victoria Winters dress like Josette and they do the opening dance with is a minuet. Michael got more information than he needed was now he was interested in that, who did not like to dress up and be another person for a day, it was a break from the monotony of life and gave them a sense of romance. "Sounds like fun, may have to sign up for that too."
Toni Carlile waited patiently for the table and when it came to her she wrote her name down and looked itover to see who would be going with her, she knew they would break into teams, seeing Greg Bird 's name and Roy D. Sandoval 's name she made a mental note to get with them and ask to be on their team. She smiled and nodded to the two men and mouthed, "Want to team up?"
Greg wrinkled his nose and turned to Roy, "What is she saying?"
Roy laughed, "She wants to know if we want to team up, really Greg you need to put those glasses on your nose and not your shirt pocket, you would be able to see what is going on. I bet your pocket has great eyesight."
Greg rolled his eyes turned to Toni Carlile and nodded vigorously and he saw she relaxed her shoulders and smiled to his nod.
Juliana Van Osten took the page and wrote her name and then tapped the pen against her lips and sighed, "I think I want to do all the nights but I need to check the nurse's schedule to see if I am off this weekend." Shrugging she turned to Brenda Amos , "Hey would you want to team with me on this hunt?'
Brenda nodded, "I would love to team with you, I was thinking we could ask Betty Sheldon if she wanted to be a part of our team, she is over there talking to Faye Warren about being on a team they put us six to a team, so that would be great!"
Betty Sheldon and Faye Warren sat down next to Brenda Amos , "We decided we would love to be on a team together we just need I think three more and we are a team." Faye enthused.
Brenda Amos , nodded to Juliana Van Osten , "Add Juliana to our team."
Juliana looked expectantly for acceptance, "If it is no bother, I would love to team with you guys!"
Betty Sheldon pipped up, "I would love to have you on our team I think we would make an awesome team, now just one more person and we have a completed team!"
John J Fiscaro leaned over and smiled, "Well I could be your sixth if you don't mind an onion in the rose patch, I would love to team up with you guys and I need to be there all three days, to help with set up with Mike Milstred ."
The ladies agreed he could be their torn in their rose patch because no onions were allowed.
