FB Family Dermatology Experts: Anyone seen this before? On Tuesday or Wednesday, I noticed my son had these bumps on the back of his neck and cheeks. They weren't itching or in any way uncomfortable or red, so I decided to just watch them. A couple days later they were gone...but then I noticed they were on his upper arms only.
